Magic Moments

Here you can listen to audio recording from Session 5 - this is for course participants only so please do not share it.

The audio is complete will all writing spaces, so if you listen afterwards, you can relax into the silent spaces and know the writing time is held.

HOME PRACTICE:
If you would like to continue at home, after listening to the session, you might want to try this:

Take time a few times this week to give yourself 10-15 minutes and start by asking your Body: what do you want to tell me today? Then write whatever comes. At the end of the week, reflect on how you feel this may be helping your relationship to your body, or any questions you have around this.
Be aware of the feeling or insight you received from the Magic Moment or the warm up writing. How is that resonating through you now? How is it helping you or opening up things for you? What does it mean to your soul?
